• Movement & Strength Programs (e.g., personal training, fitness sessions)

• Rejuvenation & Restore Zone (massage chairs, infrared sauna, etc.) 

These services are intended to promote pain relief, rehabilitation, and overall wellness. Any information provided through our services is intended for general guidance and should not be considered medical advice unless explicitly stated.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Scheduling Appointments: All appointments must be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. You are required to provide accurate and complete information when booking your appointment. 
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the service. 
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee. The fee will be equivalent to the cost of the missed service. 

3. Payment Terms

• Payment for Services: All payments for services are due at the time of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• No Guaranteed Outcomes: While we strive to provide the highest level of service, we cannot guarantee specific results from our services. Your success and improvements depend on various factors, including your health condition, compliance with recommended treatments, and overall lifestyle. 
• Health Risks: You acknowledge that some services, including physical therapy and personal training, carry inherent risks, such as injury. You agree to release Advanced Muscle Therapy from any liability for injuries that may occur during your participation in our services, unless due to gross negligence on our part.
