Active Release Technique (ART)
This patented, state-of-the-art movement-based massage technique is extremely effective for the treatment of soft tissue pain. This is often used for carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, hand injuries, headaches and neck pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, Achilles tendonitis, and rotator cuff syndrome.
Massage Therapy
This drug-free, noninvasive approach aids the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Our licensed massage therapists specialize in therapeutic/deep tissue, ashiatsu, hot stone, Thai massage, cupping and more. We offer a full 60 or 90 minutes of hands on massage therapy customized to each client’s needs.

Piezo Wave Therapy
Piezo Wave Therapy is a type of extracorporeal shockwave therapy that generates precise mechanical pulses at various depths of penetration. Extremely effective for sports injuries, this has been clinically shown to eliminate pain, facilitate healing, increase circulation, increase collagen production, reduce muscle tension, and much more.
LED Light Therapy (Light MD, LLLT)
Used to reduce and eliminate muscle aches and pains, light therapy can treat muscle-related back pain, pulled and strained muscles, muscle spasms, inflammation, sports injuries, and more.
Personal Training
The increase in chronic diseases has heightened the need for supervised exercise programming. The Exercise Specialist (ES) is trained to provide exercise services to a wide range of clients with specific needs.
- The ES has completed advanced competencies in anatomy and pathology beyond the level of the traditional personal trainer.
- The ES works in conjunction with the client’s referring medical professionals to develop a safe and effective conditioning program.
- The ES is trained to identify when an exercise is inappropriate and when a referral to a medical professional is needed.
- Utilizing the ES after discharge will improve the client’s functional capacity and minimize the possibility of re-injury.
- The ES is able to establish a wellness program that will enhance the client’s overall level of health and well-being.
Rock Steady Boxing
Rock Steady Boxing class gives people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum. It is a uniquely effective form of physical exercise for people who are living with Parkinson’s. Rock Steady Boxing has been proven to dramatically improve the ability of people with Parkinson’s to live independent lives by reducing symptoms and slowing the progression of the disease.

FaStR TechniqueSM
FaStR Technique℠ is a one-on-one fascial stretch & release program developed by Larry Ogilvie to release pain associated with restrictions to muscles, tendons, ligaments, and nerves. It is a combination of myofascial release techniques with stretching to release pain or restrictions immediately when the issue arises.
Kinesiology Taping
Kinesiology taping is a method of taping over and around muscles, with a specific type of tape, to assist, support, and prevent over-contraction. It is non-medicated, water-resistant, and very effective.
Aline Inserts
These advanced shoe insoles align your feet, ankles, and lower legs. They stabilize your foot in your shoe for a smoother stride and less fatigue. You won’t believe how great you feel during your everyday life and when you’re engaging in your favorite activity.
