			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I rarely have muscle pain.  I get a lot of questions asking me why I don&#8217;t have back pain, or how I can work with my hands everyday and they never hurt.  Well, I have a confession to make &#8211; I do occasionally have pain.  Back pain, neck pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, or foot pain &#8211; however, usually it is gone within 2-3 days.  Want to know my secret?  I am a perfect human specimen.  Just kidding, there are no perfect specimen, with the exception of Halle Barry.  The answer is, I have no body asymmetries.  I am balanced from left to right, top to bottom and front to back.  Tifini, the trainer at AMT put me through a screening process and found very few asymmetries or imbalances in my movement.  She also checked my ankle alignment and found both ankles to be in neutral position.  </p>
<p>What does this mean?  It means I maintain a good posture even in movement.  This is what keeps me out of chronic, painful situations. How do I do this?  A sound fitness program that includes resistance exercises, stretching, cardio and foam rolling.  I never over work one area over another.  I change the intensity of my workouts each day.  I take plenty of days off and most importantly, I listen to my body.</p>
<p>Can you be like me?  You can be BETTER.  Begin by speaking to a Certified Personal Trainer. Remember &#8211; &#8220;The distance is nothing, it is only the first step that is difficult.&#8221;</p>
